I’m not here to tell you to eat less and move more.

I’m here because I know what it feels like to hate your reflection.
To overthink every bite of food.
To feel like you’ve tried everything and still feel lost.

I grew up in the height of 90s and 00s diet culture. I thought being smaller meant being better. I chased skinny, obsessed over food, and punished myself in the gym.
But none of it made me happy.

It wasn’t until I stopped trying to shrink myself, physically and emotionally, that everything changed.
I stopped following the rules. I stopped hiding.
I stopped living for anyone else’s expectations.

Now I help women do the same.

I’m a health and fitness coach for women who want freedom.
Freedom from binge-restrict cycles.
Freedom from food guilt and body shame.
Freedom to wear the clothes they love, eat the food they enjoy, and show up confidently in their own skin.
