We work with you on finding a workouts to fit around your lifestyle, whether that be around work, injuries or family. We can create a mix of home and gym , change things when you're travelling for work.

This makes the difference when working 1-1, we can change things eekly if you need!

Goal Setting Game Plan:
Now, I don't want to fall into the boring goal setting or losing x amount, or feeling healthier or stronger etc. I want to get into the deep reasons why. Why do these goals mean so much to you, what impact do they have in your life. We do this through my guided goal setting exercise which is part of my onboarding week. SMART goals can get in the bin, this is a new, refreshing approach which will leave you feeling excited and inspired.

We dive deep into the reasons behind those goals. What so they mean to you, how are they going to impact you. Because those are the things that keep you going when it gets tough.

Check Ins and Calls

Our check in process is all about making you feel supported. We touch base with you often in the week and you can message us.

The last thing we want is to be struggling in silence.

After your onboarding week you will have a weekly check in form to fill in every Sunday This check in form allows us to see what areas you need more support with, see whether we need to change your exercise plans, celebrate your non numeric wins (because we don't focus on numbers here) and make sure we are pushing you and encouraging you into the next week.

From this we will give you points to work on, book in a mindset call if needed or send a little voice note! All about the pep talk here.

We also message you on a Wednesday and Friday to make sure you are getting on ok.

Of course our inboxes are open and you can message us whenever you need and we will reply within our working hours.

FAQ's

Do I need a gym membership?

A gym membership can definitely be helpful, but it’s not essential. You can make incredible progress from home using bodyweight workouts to start. As you progress, I’d recommend investing in a few basics like resistance bands or adjustable dumbbells for variety and challenge. We’ll work with what you’ve got!

Do I already need to fit?

Not at all. You don’t need to be “fit” to start, that’s exactly what coaching is for. I’ll meet you where you’re at right now and guide you step-by-step toward your goals, no matter your starting point.

I don’t live in the UK, will coaching still work for me?

Yes, 100%. My coaching is fully online, so as long as you have access to the internet and a smartphone, we can work together wherever you are in the world!

Will this fit my busy lifestyle?

Yes — this is built for busy people. Everything we do is shaped around your life, schedule, and capacity. Whether your time is limited or unpredictable, we’ll find a way to make it work without the overwhelm.


Is there a minimum commitment

No — It is a monthly rolling and I need 2 weeks notice. However, I would say expect a min of 4 -6 months. That’s because real change takes time. In my experience, anything less won’t give you enough time to unlearn old habits and create sustainable new ones. Most clients end up staying for 9+ months because they love how supported they feel and the progress they’re making.

When can I start?

As soon as payment is complete, you’re in! You’ll get a welcome pack straight away, and I’ll start building your bespoke program once you’ve filled in your lifestyle questionnaire. You'll start your onboarding week straight away!

What's the difference between 1-1 and a generic plan?
Generic plans are often cheaper, but they’re usually one-size-fits-all. You might get a plan and a few targets, but the support is limited — often automated messages and no personal check-ins. Many of my clients come to me after trying those kinds of plans and still feeling stuck.

1:1 coaching is a completely different experience. Everything is tailored to you — your goals, your lifestyle, your challenges. You get personalised support, regular check-ins written just for you, and as many calls as you need. You’ll feel truly seen, heard, and guided every step of the way.

Yes, the investment is higher — but so is the value. And I do offer flexible payment plans to make this as accessible as possible.
