Becky Jones

Becky work's with women who are tired of living life at war with their bodies, especially those balancing demanding careers, busy schedules, and constant pressure to “keep it all together.” Through mindset, movement, and a deep understanding of what it means to break free from diet culture, you help them rebuild self-trust and find calm around food again. Your approach is rooted in compassion and honesty, empowering women to feel confident, capable, and at home in their bodies, no matter how busy life gets.

Emma Houldsworth

As a parent, Emma understands the unique challenges that come with juggling family life, responsibilities, and self-care. She brings a calm, nurturing energy to her coaching, creating a safe space for clients to rebuild their relationship with food and body from the inside out. With a background in supporting disordered eating recovery and emotional regulation, her focus is on balance, stability, and strength that extends beyond the gym. Her work helps women reconnect with their bodies, create structure that feels good, and find peace in the process of change.
